Patient Safety Technologies, Inc. (AMEX : PST) announced today that its subsidiary, SurgiCount Medical, will attend the 2005 Surgical Spring Week Convention in Hollywood, Florida, April 13th to April 19th.

Surgical Spring Week brings together three of the most prestigious American surgical societies for a week of symposiums, programs, and exhibits focused on providing practicing surgeons with the knowledge and skills necessary to enhance the care of their surgical patients.  In attendance will be an expected 2500 surgeons and fellow members of the American College of Surgeons (ACS), the Society of American Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Surgeons (SAGES), and the American Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association (AHPBA).
